Dosha

Dosha employees have a rare second chance, now that you have seen how CWA 7901 operates is this what you really wanted?

To the professionals of Dosha Salon Spa. Please consider carefully your rights and the reality of joining a labor union such as the Communications Workers of America Local 7901. Aligning with a labor unions removes your ability as an individual and as a professional to negotiate for yourself and places it in the hands of a labor union whose interests are only to make money for the labor union. Remember labor unions themselves are a business. Their business is to make you believe you need them, pull you in and then charge you for their “protection”. Labor unions perpetuate the mediocre, the weak, demanding equal pay regardless of output. Those of you who put the most into your profession, the most into your customer service skills, the most into your craft will get the same rewards as those who give much much less. Joining a labor union is easy. Removing a labor union is nearly impossible. When the labor union calls a strike are you willing to walk off the job and picket? Did you know that when you strike you do not get paid, cannot collect sick pay or vacation time? Do your research, check the facts before you vote. Vote NO!

“Labor unions perpetuate the mediocre, the weak, demanding equal pay regardless of output.”

Interesting quote considering teachers, police officers, fire fighters, transportation, utility, communications, aerospace, etc…the list goes on and on are union workers.

Mediocre and weak? If Dosha is such a fantastic place to work, why would employees feel the need to look for outside help? Hmm…

I think your comment answers itself considering the state of the education system, the high costs of services vs the quality received. Under the current conditions, you don’t get what you are paying a whole lot for.
