Mission Statement
This website has been created to educate employees about the consequences of electing to be represented by a union. Our mission is to provide a perspective other than the one being provided by the unions. If we can educate people about the issues and motivate them to voice their opinions by voting, we will have been successful!
So how do we begin the process of getting this union out of our office? It’s been 2 years of garbage since they got voted in. It was the worst choice our office made. There’s still no agreed upon contract…over 2 years now. Where do we start

Is this process of getting signatures legit with the NLRB? I would love to do this for a friends situation. Is this petition to decertify a union? I thought there had to be certain verbiage at the top of the form?
