How are you all doing in your decertification bid? NNU is trying to get into our hospital. I’d love to know if anyone is willing to share a story of the issues with NNU

What’s the name of your hospital and where is it located? Will be happy to help.

So sorry Kristina, haven’t gotten on site in a month. Busy pressing federal labor charges against the union for removing all my flyers and the hospital for denying me the same privileges the union has. Education is the key. Nurses must be informed of both the pros and the cons of unionization. An intelligent nurse will do his/her research and realize after obtaining all the information, that we as professionals are fully capable to making changes when changes are needed. We don’t need to pay an organization, many of whom are not even nurses, some of our hard earned money to make changes happen. I believe the NNU/NNOC is a scam, nothing more than a big business eager to get it’s hands on easy money from gullible nurses. Nurses really need to be informed and that is why I’m pressing charges. No one attended my in-services because the union reps/nurses would remove all my flyers. If they are so wonderful then they shouldn’t have any issue with the opposing view expressing their viewpoint. Problem is, they truly aren’t as wonderful as they make themselves out to be, but a lot of nurses don’t know that.

Let’s make Nursing great again… Vote out the Union!

Union organizers don’t want you to know they make more money than you do.
They don’t want you to know they support abortion, even partial birth abortion and gun control. They send your dues to Washington to support a leftist agenda. You have no autonomy or say in the matter. Their actions are your actions whether you agree or not. Get your voice back, sign the petition for a decert election asap!

    All nurses should read this:
    https://www.kansascity.com/news/business/health-care/article212106919.html
It shows that what is happening is Corpus Christi is not unusual, the NNOC will stop at nothing (or almost nothing) to maintain its power, perks and dues payment regime. This is a radical union that uses the dues money not for nurses, but to support perks for union officials, Bernie rallies, and other far-left politicians with wacky ideas.

Attention all CCMC nurses represented by NNOC at all of our facilities:

For the past week, we have been trying to hold educational inservices for our peers to express a different viewpoint of unionization. There are pros and cons in all decision making situations and we believe that in order to make an intelligent and wise decision, you should be fully informed of both sides. Unfortunately, all of our flyers are taken down by Union Reps or our own pro-union nurses immediately after posting so that nurses are not aware of these inservices. If our union is so wonderful and doing all these great things for us then they should have absolutely no fear in allowing our voice to be heard. But no, instead they are doing everything possible to shut us down and not allow you to be exposed to certain information they don’t want you to know. Please come get educated.

The next inservice is scheduled at Bay Area on Thursday, 6/28/19 in the First Floor Conference Room from 11:30am-1:30pm. Hope to see you there!
