    Great time at the Davita teammate and family picnic in Rico Rivera. Great job Wild West teammates for organizing this. Very cool to be so committed to the Davita Mission and Values. Loved spending the afternoon with all of you. Stay Davita Strong.

    It was fun getting together with many of my DaVita teammates and having a cup of coffee. I found that discussing and sharing our concerns about the union to be unifying against union infiltration.

    The coffee session today regarding holiday stress and how to handle the stress of dealing with the union efforts was amazing. People were welcoming and listening to others stories of union harassment and bullying. It’s nice to know there are outlets for those of us who are proud DaVita citizens to have our voices heard. Thanks for this.
