We are a group of nursing and ancillary staff at St Joseph of Orange Hospital who oppose unionization and believe there is a better way to communicate, give support and receive support than through representation from a labor union. While the business, administrative and politics of providing healthcare have greatly changed over the last several years, our mission has not. We will continue to deliver the best and most compassionate care to our patients as well as each other. We believe that the business of organized labor only serves to divide and create adversarial relationships where previously none existed.
