VOTE DELAYED BY CNA INTERFERENCE see updates Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas California votes February 6th and 7th 2008 to decide whether to decertify the California Nurses Association as their collective bargaining agent or to remain a union shop. A “NO” vote will remove the CNA and prevent the possibility of the CNA from negotiating a closed shop contract which will FORCE CNA dues payments on ALL nurses at Scripps Encinitas.
