Centerpoint Nurses successfully decertify the AFT/Nurses United Union by a vote of 226 to 78! This is a historic and monumental decision to regain their professional voice and take back their hospital. We are so proud of you all in standing tall against the powerful AFL/CIO American Federation of Teachers/Nurses United.

Scripps Encinitas Nurses Voted to remove the California Nurses Association as their collective bargaining agent. Mt. Sinai Chicago Nurses defeated the CNA/NNOC in an NLRB supervised election. Today, August 6th, 450 Registered Nurses voted to keep nursing professional by rejecting unionization 152 yes votes to 293 No votes. There were 11 contested votes. Congratulations to the Nurses of Mt Sinai Hospital Chicago and congratulations to RN’s across the country!
