If this information was reliable or credible then we would not have a union because the courts would agree that there was wrong doing. Instead, these complaints filed by the Hospital was never founded and no charges issued. Instead the complaints that the Union brought against the hospital was all founded and charges issued. One of the main people that was behind this was a former Union officers. He was suspended from the Union by a tribunal for all his actions. He was also a person that broke many policies in the hospital and was protected at ever turn, while other people (Union supporters) were disciplined for less. All in all, I believe that person to be unstable, with serious mental problems. He has been a complete and utter failure in his life, evident by his actions and the total destruction he has left in his path. He is that person that most people have a problem with but smile in his face and laughed and called him crazy behind his back. In conclusion, I would not want to given up my protective rights AT ALL!!! I’ve seen the dirty tricks that management plays, I’ve seen the innocent lives that were effected when they have you in their cross hairs. Don’t get me wrong if a person is not performing and breaking the rules then there are policies to deal with them. But, people need to be protected incase management goes off the reservation.
